April 2020 - In order to plant its didactics for long term future shaping and sustainable development, the Future Council Foundation has started the project "Pioneer grammar schools for Sustainable Development". It proposes to Schools to dare the step from single events and actions to the structural integration of ESD into curriculum, subjects, teaching and daily school live.
April 2020 - The Future Council Foundation has produced and published "General Didactics for an Education for Sustainable Development for teachers". The book provides a sound and general structure for an education for sustainable developement ESD from the nursery to the grammar school. Preparing the long term future and learning to act in favour of a sustainable development are key elements of the book.
